This Privacy Policy explains how LOJO Group, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Review Llama ("Review Llama," "we," "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit reviewllama.com, buy review cards, use the Review Llama System, or receive a review request sent through Review Llama on behalf of a business.

Two kinds of people we serve

Our customers are the businesses that use Review Llama. For their account information, we decide how the information is used.

Our customers' customers are the people who receive review requests, scan a review card or record a video testimonial. For that information, we act on behalf of the business that sent the request, as its service provider. If you received a review request and have a question about it, you can contact that business directly, or contact us and we will pass your request along.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and business details, such as your name, business name, email, phone number and mailing address for card shipping

• Account details and the settings you choose

• Messages you send us through forms, email, chat or phone

• Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Information businesses provide about their customers

• Customer names, phone numbers and email addresses used to send review requests

• Ratings, comments, private feedback and replies

• Video testimonials, including the customer's image and voice, and any name or details they choose to share

Information from connected platforms

• Reviews and profile information from Google Business Profile, Facebook and other sites a business connects, used to show, reply to and share reviews

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information such as browser type, pages visited and referring site

• Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tags such as Google Tag Manager

• Basic scan and tap events when a review card is used. Using a card does not by itself identify you.

How we use information

• To provide the Service, including sending review requests and reminders, showing reviews and drafting replies

• To set up and support accounts, ship review cards and process payments

• To communicate with you about your account, billing and service updates

• To send marketing about Review Llama and related LOJO services, which you can opt out of at any time

• To improve and secure the Service, prevent misuse and enforce our Terms

• To comply with legal obligations

We use AI tools to help draft review replies and summaries. Review content is used to provide the Service to the business that received it and is not sold.

Text messaging

Review requests by text are sent on behalf of the business you did business with. Message frequency varies, usually one request and up to one reminder per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

If you give us your mobile number through one of our own forms and agree to receive texts from Review Llama, we will use it to respond to you and, if you agreed, to send occasional updates. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the Service, such as the GrowthGenie360 platform, messaging and email providers, hosting, payment processing, analytics and shipping, under obligations to protect it

• With the review sites and social platforms a business connects, when the business asks us to post or reply

• With the business that requested a review, for information its customers submit

• If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our customers, the public or us

• As part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business, with notice where required

Cookies and your choices

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting requirements and resolve disputes. When a business closes its account, we delete or de-identify its customer data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including under the Tennessee Information Protection Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy

• Correct inaccurate information

• Delete your information

• Opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

• Appeal our decision on a request

To make a request, contact us through our Contact page or call (866) 773-2428. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If your request is about information a business collected through Review Llama, we may refer it to that business.

Children

The Service is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our site and review requests link to other sites, such as Google and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date, and if the change is significant we will give additional notice.
